We were busy this summer – or actually, quite relaxed – at Xiaohe’s parents’, learning more about the chile peppers in Hunan and this Chinese province’s spicy cuisine.
A little hint of that could already be seen in the photo at the end of the recent post on chile peppers as The Hot Frontier of Fine Cuisine; some impressions from our local market were shared, and now it’s time to also get started with a few video impressions that are to follow.
